OUR QUALITY CHARTER

The main objectives of ALMA are :

• To contribute to the development of furnished rentals in the Aix region,
• To promote quality furnished rentals,
• To put future tenants in direct contact with the landlords.

As a result, new members must be accepted by representatives of the association and membership is effective if :

• The association,
• The member respects the terms of this charter.

8 pledges

• The member accepts the vetting by the association of the proposed rentals before being accepted as members and at any furture date at the request of the association.
• The member will maintain the state and the confort of the property as ascertained by the ALMA representives.
• The member will inform the Association of any changes in the consistancy of the lodging or method of rental.
• The member will not charge a higher rent than that which is mentioned on the internet site or in the pamphlet during its period of validity.
• The member will reply to all requests for information from prospective tenants and will inform them of the existance of ALMA and the possibilities offered by the other members if their own rental property is unavailable.
• The member will pay his or her subscription at the first request of the treasurer.
• Any member not adhering to the pledges of this charter will be struck off the membership list without any possibility of reimbursement of any sums paid in annual or entrance fees.
• The association will regularly inform members of the association's activitie.

Quality Lodgings

• All lodgings for rent conform to a list of criteria guarantteeing the comfort of the tenant.

Vetting visit

• To obtain the approval of the association, a member of the organising committee inspects the proposed lodging in accordance to a strict check list.

Follow up

• Each rental is regularily inspected to check if the lodging still repects the initial criteria.

Assistance

• Tenants can call on the assistance of ALMA to answer any question relative to the Quality Charter.
